Maintenance & Shutdown
Turnaround manpower, plant support and breakdown response
E&I manpower for turnarounds, where the schedule is fixed and the critical path is unforgiving, plus routine plant support between them. Crews are briefed on the job pack before the window opens so that work starts the hour the permit is issued.
Turnaround and shutdown
- E&I manpower scaled to the shutdown window
- Pre-shutdown job pack preparation and material staging
- Instrument removal, servicing and reinstatement
- Motor and switchgear maintenance during outage
- Post-shutdown loop checks and restart support
Routine maintenance
- Preventive maintenance to plant schedules
- Instrument overhaul and recalibration cycles
- Ex equipment periodic inspection to IEC 60079-17
- Thermographic survey of panels and terminations
- Spares assessment and obsolescence advice
Plant support
- Breakdown response and fault finding
- Resident technicians embedded on site
- Small works, tie-ins and modifications
- Instrument replacement and like-for-like changeout
- As-built drawing and register updating

On a turnaround the constraint is the permit, not the labour.
Shutdown work is planned around permits, isolations and the mechanical sequence. Crews are briefed on the job pack before the window opens, so work starts the hour the permit is issued rather than the shift after.
We would rather tell you a scope will not fit the window than agree to it and hand back a plant that is not ready to restart.
Have a scope to price?
Send the drawings, the scope, or just the problem. We will tell you what it takes and what we would need from you to start.
