The order matters more than the speed. Each step gates the next, which is what keeps the punch list short at the end.

Drawings and scope review
We work from your loop drawings, hook-up standards, cable schedules and area classification drawings. Discrepancies are raised as technical queries before material is ordered, not after it is on site.

Material take-off and staging
Take-off against the issued-for-construction drawings, then verification that glands, fittings and enclosures match the Ex protection concept for each area before anything is staged to the field.

Installation
Supports, tray and tubing first, then equipment, then cable. Work is released against permits and progressed on a plan that respects the mechanical and civil sequence rather than fighting it.

Termination
Field junction boxes, marshalling and system cabinets terminated to the wiring schedule, with continuity, insulation and polarity confirmed before any circuit is energised.

Loop check and test
Every loop proven end to end, from the field device to the control system graphic. Trips and alarms are verified at setpoint and the results signed into the loop folder.

Punch clearance and handover
Punch items tracked to closure, as-built drawings marked up, and the certificate and loop folder set handed over complete. The job is finished when the documentation is finished.
Installed to the standard on the drawing, not the one that is convenient.
Hazardous area work is the part of this trade where shortcuts are least visible and most dangerous. Gland type, enclosure rating and inspection grade follow the area classification drawing, and are checked before the job is called complete.
If a drawing calls for something that cannot be built as drawn, we raise it as a technical query rather than improvising in the field.
